Never Ridden Before
Never ridden a horse before OR only happy on a lead rein OR only happy at a walk.
Beginner
Happy at walk and trot independently without lead rein
Novice
Happy at walk, trot and canter independently without lead rein
Intermediate
Happy at all the above and jumping level 1/regular rider.
Advanced
Happy at all the above and jumping level 2/XC style jumps/horse owner.

Trekking Prices
Open Group Trekking Prices
1 Hour Trek - £40 per person
Ideal for: All riders over the age of 6. Riders will have the opportunity to trot and canter if ability is considered to be novice or above.
1.5 Hour Trek - £50 per person
Ideal for: Novice riders and above.
This ride is only suitable for those with some riding experience - novice upwards. Riders will have the opportunity to trot and canter.
2 Hour Trek - £65 per person
Ideal for: Novice riders and above. This ride is only suitable for those with some riding experience (novice upwards).
2.5 Hour Trek - £80 per person
Ideal for: Intermediate riders and above.
This ride is only suitable for those with regular riding experience intermediate upwards) - please do not enquire for this or longer treks if you have not ridden before. Our 2.5 hour ride can follow a range of routes and is probably the most versatile of our rides. We are often able to meet specific requests, so please ask at the time of booking for details.
3 Hour Trek - £90 per person
Ideal for: Intermediate nearing experienced riders.
As well as some of the fantastic views included in our 2 -Hour and 2.5hr Trek packages, this ride can include the Doone Valley, open county and wooded valleys. The route of this ride can depend on weather conditions and ability of the riders.
5-6 Hour Day Ride - £175 per person
Ideal for: Experienced riders only
If you are an experienced rider, you will love the distance you can cover on our 5 - 6 hour treks. With some of the most testing terrain we can find to test your skill, you will be rewarded with some of the best views Exmoor has to offer! Length of trek depends on condition of ground and pace of persons on ride.
4-5 Hour Day Ride - £150 per person
Ideal for: Experienced riders only.
If you are an experienced rider, you will love the distance you can cover on our 4 - 5 hour treks. With some of the most testing terrain we can find to test your skill, you will be rewarded with some of the best views Exmoor has to offer! Length of trek depends on condition of ground and pace of persons on ride.
30 Minute Lead Rein - £20 per person
Ideal for: All abilities and all ages, including those UNDER the age of 6 ( but you don't have to be)!
Never been on a pony or horse before? This is a great place to start! 30 minute walk with a pony and lead rein. The pony will be being lead around at all times by one of our experienced members of staff. Although this is open to all, it is recommended for smaller children or children under the age of 6. Private (1-to-1 or 1-to-2) Trekking Prices
Just like our open group treks but yourself and one of our guides (1 to 1) or yourself, a friend and one of our guides (1 to 2). This means you can choose your own route and your own pace and can be great for those who are less confident or those who want to create their own experience!
1 Hour Trek 1 to 1 - £70 Per Trek
1 Hour Trek 1 to 2 - £120 Per Trek
1.5 Hour Trek 1 to 1 - £80 Per Trek
1.5 Hour Trek 1 to 2 - £145 Per Trek
2 Hour Trek 1 to 1 - £100 Per Trek
2 Hour Trek 1 to 2 - £170 Per Trek

Riding hats suitable for trekking are included in the price. For trekking, we ask you to wear sensible, comfortable footwear such as walking boots, trainers or wellington boots. Please do not wear anything with a very high heal and/or open toe (such as sandals). Long trousers and gloves are also recommended.
IMPORTANT: At the time of booking please supply an accurate height and weight.
All bookings are subject to having suitable horses available to match the above information and your predicted ability.
For your safety and comfort and our horses' welfare, we have a weight limit of 13.5st (85kg)
